@Suspension Power: Sorors, if the power to suspend lies solely with the Regional Director, then HOW can one bring violations on and subsequently sanction her? What happens when the Regional Director is the problem? Is the bottleneck? Is the one acting against the rules? Sorors are too timid to voice their concerns, choosing to remain silent when it comes to sorors at that level. They need to be held accountable too, but if our documents don't state a process for that, then how can we do it?
